Common questions

How do I import an Anki deck?

On the Decks tab, tap Import and choose the deck file you exported from Anki. Spreadsheets and text files work the same way.

How do I add my interview date?

Tap Add your interview date on Today. Fill in the date and the rounds of that day, and pick the decks for each round.

How do I write the points for my own card?

Open the card and fill in Points to cover, one point per line. Ankio marks your answers against them.

I missed a few days and lots of cards are due. What now?

Today shows a button that spreads them over a few days. Tap it, and you start with a normal session.

Do I need an account?

No. Without one, everything stays on your phone.

How do I delete my account?

See Delete your Ankio account.

How do I join the beta?

Email us and say whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone. iPhone invites go out first, and Android testers hear from us when that build is ready.
